Aromea Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 9, 2025
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To qualify:

Unopened & Unused: Products must be in original sealed condition with safety seals intact.

Original Packaging: Includes outer boxes, caps, dust bags, and all accessories.

Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt email is required .
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Opened fragrance products (perfumes, essential oils, reed diffusers)

Candles (due to flammable wax and wick safety)
-
Personal care items (used diffuser reeds, cosmetic applicators)
-
Custom/monogrammed products (e.g., engraved bottles)

Final Sale items (cleared via promotions or marked "Final Sale")
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact returns@aromacompound.com within 30 days with:

Order number

Product photos (showing unopened condition)

Reason for return
Step 2: We will email a decision within 3 business days. If approved:

A prepaid return label and dedicated return address will be provided.

Do not ship returns without authorization – unapproved packages will be refused .
4. Refunds

Timeline: Refunds processed within 10 business days after warehouse inspection.

Method: Original payment; bank processing may take 3–5 days.

Shipping fees: Non-refundable; return shipping costs are customer-responsible unless item is defective .
5. Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 7 days of delivery to returns@aromacompound.com with photos/video.

We cover return shipping and replace/refund defective items.
6. Exchanges

No direct exchanges: Return the original item, then place a new order.

For holiday season (Nov 1–Dec 25), returns accepted until January 10.
7. Important Notes

Safety compliance: Hazardous materials (alcohol-based perfumes, pressurized cans) require special shipping – use our prepaid labels only .

EU customers: Not applicable; this policy follows US e-commerce regulations.
